Within the last year, I found myself In casual conversations with some people I know and strangers of varying ages and gender that one way or another led to a similar response from all of them: reading the Bible can sometimes feel hard or overwhelming. A lot of them expressed not knowing where to start, but having a desire to dive in. Meanwhile, I found myself leading a small Bible study community where people were growing beautifully in their relationship with God,
and confidence in reading and understanding
the word of God. Along the way, I had been preparing resources as we journeyed through the
word together. There was a lot of fruit born from having questions to go along with the reading in private time. We constantly experienced iron sharpening iron as understanding was refined through meaningful discussion around the readings and revelation from the Holy Spirit. All of a sudden, I found myself leading multiple groups through these study guides and seeing so many people come to life through knowledge of the word of God! I just had to share the wealth.
